A $50 fee will be added for each additional half-hour of overtime.

Prices quoted are accurate at the time of printing. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to unforeseen market fluctuations.

All quoted prices will be guaranteed 60 days prior to your event date.

Please confirm guest count and add-ons one month prior to your event date.

There is no room rental fee if the food and beverage minimum is met. The minimum amount includes food and beverage charges before 6% sales tax and 20% gratuity.

If your final bill falls below the required food and beverage minimum of $3,000, $4,500, or $6,000, depending on your package, the remaining balance will be applied as a room fee.

The Back Porch reserves the right to monitor and control all private functions. Liability for any damages to the premises will be charged accordingly.

We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who is visibly intoxicated or unable to provide valid identification.

This is a non-smoking facility.

Upon initial inquiry for a specific date, a tentative hold may be requested. The date will be released after two weeks if we do not receive a signed contract and deposit.

A $500 deposit and signed contract are required to confirm reservations for parties of more than 25 guests. Deposits will be applied to your final bill.

All food and alcoholic beverages are subject to a 20% service charge. A 6% Pennsylvania sales tax will also apply. We accept all major debit and credit cards (a credit card fee applies) and cash.

If you cancel your reservation for any reason, you will be responsible for the following cancellation charges:

• Less than 2 months prior to the event: 50% of the deposit forfeited
• Less than 1 month prior to the event: 100% of the deposit forfeited
