Micro-Wedding Package

• Dining rooms accommodate up to 40 guests for a seated dinner.
• Tables are set with white linen tablecloths and soft gray chambray napkins.
• Guest count and room selection will determine the table layout and seating arrangement.
• One of the two dining rooms requires the use of steps. Please let us know if anyone in your party has mobility concerns.

There is no room rental fee if the food and beverage minimum is met. The minimum amount includes food and beverage charges before 6% sales tax and 20% gratuity. If your final bill falls below the required food and beverage minimum, the remaining balance will be applied as a room fee.

• Five hours for a wedding ceremony and dinner. All ceremonies must begin at 3:00 p.m. or earlier.
• A $50 fee per half-hour of overtime will be added to all events.

Prices quoted are accurate at the time of printing. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to unforeseen market fluctuations.

• All quoted prices will be guaranteed 60 days prior to your event date.
• Final guest count and entrée selections must be submitted one week in advance.
• To provide the best possible service, place cards are required when two or more entrées are being served.
• When sending invitations, please ask guests for their meal selections and provide place cards at their seats.
• Changes to the guest count may be made up to 48 hours prior to the event.
• Gluten-free and vegan options are available upon request.

Upon initial inquiry for a specific date, a tentative hold may be requested. The date will be released after two weeks if we do not receive a signed contract and deposit.

• Luncheons: A $100 deposit and signed contract are required to confirm reservations for parties of 20 or more.
• Events after 2:00 p.m.: A $500 deposit and signed contract are required to confirm reservations for parties of more than 20 guests.
• Deposits will be credited toward your final bill.

The Back Porch reserves the right to monitor and manage all private functions. Liability for any damage to the premises will be charged accordingly.

We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who is visibly intoxicated or unable to provide valid identification. This is a non-smoking facility.

All food and alcoholic beverages are subject to a 20% service charge. A 6% Pennsylvania sales tax will also apply. We accept all major debit and credit cards (a credit card fee applies) and cash.

If you cancel your reservation for any reason, you will be responsible for the following cancellation charges:

• Less than 2 months prior to the event: 50% of the deposit forfeited
• Less than 1 month prior to the event: 100% of the deposit forfeited
