Whether you are planning an intimate dinner or a larger celebration, The Back Porch makes it easy to host an event that feels personal, relaxed, and memorable from start to finish.


We offer two customizable dinner menu options for private events: the Classic Dinner Menu and the Signature Dinner Menu. Both menus include multiple entrée selections, allowing you to choose the options that best suit your guests and occasion. Our team can also help you customize your event with additional enhancements, including appetizer samplers, bar service, premium dessert options, and other special touches to make the evening feel complete. From elegant celebrations to casual gatherings, The Back Porch offers a beautiful setting, thoughtful service, and a dining experience your guests will remember.

Bringing Your Own Desserts

You are welcome to bring cakes or cookies from outside our facility. Please note that a cake-cutting and serving fee of $3 per guest will be added to your bill. There is no charge for bringing cookies if they are arranged on your own platters. We also recommend bringing containers for any leftovers.

Group Dinner Guest & Room Information

Private Room Costs & Available Hours

  •  Dining room seats up to 45 guests.
  •  Exclusive use of our private room is for a three-hour event.
  • Parties who would like to use the private room for more than a three-hour time block will be subject to an additional room fee.
  • A food and beverage minimum applies. Please see Dinner Contract for details.

Menu Selection and Guest Counts

The final guest number and entrée count must be placed one week in advance.

Any changes in guest count can be confirmed up to 48 hours prior to your event. Gluten free and vegetarian options available upon request.  There is a $2.50 per guest plating fee for desserts not purchased throught the Back Porch Restaurant.

Payment

A deposit and signed contract is required to confirm private room reservation. All private rooms are subject to 20% service charge and 6% PA sales tax.

No separate checks for groups.  We accept all major credit cards, business checks, and cash. Please fill out and sumbit the Dinner contract with your deposit.
